Halloween Silhouettes

Looking for a quick and simple DIY Halloween project? You found it!

Here is what you'll need
Card stock
Butcher or tan wrapping paper
Scissors
Frames
Exacto knife for detail cutting
Cutting mat if using Exacto knife
Glue -White or glue stick

1. Pick a Halloween image. I went with a cat and a haunted house. If you want something a little PG like mine, Google the name of your image "Spooky cat" and add "Coloring pages". Find one you like and print it out.

2. Trace the outline onto your card stock. If you have the type of card stock that has a smooth edge and a rough edge, trace the image on the smooth side. I like to have the rough edge out.

3. Measure the wrapping paper so that it fits in your frame.

4. Cut out your image and glue it to the wrapping paper. Then add it to your frame.

5. Enjoy!

*Tip: Amazon.com usually has a good price for Butcher paper, especially this time of year. The Butcher paper can also be used for wrapping presents!
